Design Features

● Produces a solid conical spray shape with a circular area and a standard angle range of around 45° to 65° at 3 bar pressure, other angles can be customised

● The unique internal vane design allows the nozzle to produce an evenly distributed, medium to large size droplets

● Excellent performance in applications where adequate coverage of an area is required

● When several nozzles are required to produce overlapping spray, an overlap area of 25% to 30% is required to make the spray coverage area evenly distributed in the whole direction

● Large and clear free passages make nozzles less likely to clog up.

● BG, BBG and other models with removable tips and vanes for easy nozzle assembly and disassembly .

● BG-D, BBG-D, BH-D Wall-mounted versions suitable for installation on the outside of pipes or vessels
