Design Features

Spray angle : About 15°-30°.
Spray Pattern :Hollow cone- shaped spray pattern with irregularly round impact area.
Drops :Small- to much small-size,uniform distribution .
Material : BRASS、SS.
Features : The nozzle body has air inlet and liquid inlet at opposite ends;
Wide selection,includes adjustable nozzle.Air atomizing spray nozzles.

Applications

Application Air atomizing spray nozzles

Water cooling: Cooling of primary metals and other material,conveyor belt cooling，metal parts, machines.
Dust control: Building construction,control the coal ash and sand,crushed stones,slag ash,garbage Sweeper.
Degreasing: Bottle and food making process clean,bear bottle clean,industrial equipments.
Humidifying: Keep humidifying durig food process.and some industrial process.
Misting:Some special envirement need the misting to make more good atmosphere .
